Our Story:
Wesley and Ryan Tours was born out of a lifelong passion for Tanzania’s wildlife and the spirit of adventure. Founded in 2025 by Mashori Magori, the company carries forward a family legacy that began in the early 1990s, when his family first ventured into the tourism world through Zodiac Safaris.
Mashori’s own journey in tourism started in 2004. Over the years, he worked his way through different roles — from reservations to sales and marketing, and eventually as an operations manager. Each experience deepened his love for creating unforgettable safari experiences and connecting travelers with the beauty of Tanzania.
After decades of working with some of the country’s leading safari companies, Mashori felt it was time to build something of his own — a company that not only reflects his family’s deep roots in tourism but also his personal commitment to authentic and meaningful travel experiences.
He named it Wesley and Ryan Tours, after his two beloved sons — a name that symbolizes family, legacy, and a vision for the future. Through this company, Mashori continues to share the wonders of Tanzania with the world, one safari at a time.

Giving Back

First, cancer has touched our family in profound ways. I lost my mother and my aunt to this disease, and the memory of their struggle inspires us every day. Through Wesley and Ryan Tours, we are committed to supporting patients battling cancer — helping them access care, resources, and hope during one of life’s most difficult journeys.
Second, as a parent, I understand the challenges faced by children without families to care for them. These young ones often navigate life with uncertainty and hardship. Supporting them has become one of our most heartfelt missions. With every client and every safari, we hope to contribute to programs that provide care, guidance, and opportunities for these children to thrive and dream.
Third, as a father to a daughter, I am deeply aware of the fears and risks that girls and young women face in their daily lives. Many suffer abuse or discrimination, and far too often, they lack the support to defend themselves. Through our company, we aim to help girls who need legal assistance and advocacy, empowering them to live without fear and with the confidence to shine. We want every girl to feel safe, valued, and free to reach her full potential.
Through these initiatives, our hope is that every safari we offer, every journey we guide, and every client we serve can also contribute to a greater purpose. A young, passionate guide with an exceptional love for wildlife and a deep understanding of Tanzania’s natural world. His guiding career began in early 2022, and in just a short time he has earned a reputation for his knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality.
